Soto has said since last year, that he's moving up to 140lbs to get his 4th title.
He said this, long before Rios had won any titles.
There is no reason why Rios cant move up to 140lbs to fight Soto then.
Rios always steps in the ring on fight night weighing in about 155lbs.
Soto has already said that he'll fight rios later in the year.
why dont rios fight acosta in a rematch, john murray (whom has called out rios), juan diaz (whom has also called out rios too).Comment
