Because it was a non-title fight and they agreed to do it for 10. Devon was technically coming off back to back losses and he's only 24 so I'm not mad at him for doing a 10 rounder. I'm just puzzled with HBO for making this the main event and paying him like 1.4 million for it. That was ****** as f**k. Cloud-Mack should have been the main event if anything.
