I think Alexander is a bum so I won't be watching anymore of his fights. Am I not a boxing fan for that?

Plus this fight was free and it was a pretty good fight, so it shows you how ****** some of you on this forum are lol

Alexander has bombed in his last 3 fights. I would rather have a Mathysse vs Maidana/Khan from what i have seen, than to have Alexander in with the mix. If he does, i'll just watch the highlights on Youtube, lol. I actually liked Alexander, but not with these types of wins bro.

It was pretty good, no one is arguing that, but from what i saw today Mathysse should be getting the better fights.

Why do you like Alexander?, he isn't exciting, he has lost his last 3 fights.

Khan, Bradley,Maidana,Kotelnik,Matthysse,Judah and Guerrero are all better than him.

He has all the tools, I think he needs a better trainer. If you look at Kevin Cunninghams history with Cory Spinks you'll see it's the same pattern. Devon is still young, he can break sonme of those bad habits, but I doubt he'll change trainers.

Alexander is a good kid and is obviously not the one judging his own fight. But it's very hard to support him looking at his last 3 fights.

2 hometown gifts and quitting in a fight he was hardly receiving any punishment in.

I don't understand how fans can lose respect and start to hate a boxer because they disagree with the JUDGES. I'm not a fan of Alexander and he lost this fight IMO. I had it 96-93 in favor of Matthysse. It was a very good and exciting fight. Alexander did show some heart, I thought Matthysse was going to KO him cause Alexander was rocked and looked to be just a couple of punches away from being knocked out on several occasions during the fight, so I take my hat off to Alexander for hanging in there and gave his all....how the hell can you lose respect for him?

I will continue to watch Alexander fight. The only difference is that I don't think he's a force at 140 anymore. A year ago I thought Alexander could be the man to beat at 140 and be somewhat of a dominating champ. He's still young so there's room for improvement. Only time will tell how much better he'll become in the future.

Or at least thats what im doing . Someone has to get the message through and support Mathysse, the man could only do so much. I just felt rage when i heard the final decision. No way i'm watching another fight of his,3 bad decision's in a row. Sorry, enough is enough.
