    In America fights like Maidana vs. Khan and Juanma Lopez vs. Marquez drawing under 5,000. Ortiz vs. Berto did not draw to big a crowd what is with these fights in America not drawing **** but in Latin America and Europe they draw huge crowds?

        Has a lot to do with the venues as well. Froch/Johnson was in A.C....i don't expect more than 5k people in that small ass venue at Boardwalk Hall.

        They fight in big ass soccer stadiums in Germany. Plus the sport is just better received over there.

            Boxing just isnt as big in the US anymore compared to other places. Its that simple

              That is all it is. I think it is like that to because all these good competitive fights are on Premium cable (HBO and Showtime). Boxing is thriving in Latin America, Europe, and Asia though so that is real good.
