K9 can be very sloppy and boring. The Ouma and Brewer fights were like that. So I was not surprised that HBO passed on the telecast.

That said cong**** to K9 for making the most out of his career. The guy was supposed to lose his first contender fight and was supposed to fall off after Julio KO'ed him and now he's a champ and avenged his worse defeat. Well done.

THIS is the perfect fight for Canelo not Mayorga. Someone who will rough him up and hasn't lost 4 of his last 6 fights.

I'm just saying, K9 opened up a lot of doors with this excellent win. He's at the threashold of fame and better paydays, maybe. Fame for sure, money is funny, that's another subject. He has a good chance, in my opinion, against Canelo, but he has to fight him in Canelo's hometown plaza with Alvarez' Kin as officials. Angulo is another name, more dangerous than Alvarez, but with much less reward. PW, Cintron, you name somebody.

Cong**** to K9, I think its time he does get a shot against someone on TV. If its Canelo I don't think K9 fares too well, Canelo is on another level.
