Both beat Shane clearly... though in that fight people saw Manny vulnerable in certain parts when Shane was on his bike... despite the injury Manny was chasing Mosley a lot and was falling over his front foot a lot IMO, against someone like Floyd who can box, move and counter very well this could be a bad mistake to make, especially when your as hard to his as Floyd... im not saying this alone says Floyd batters him, but it gives people further reasons to think that Manny isn't invincible and to think Floyd could or would beat him.

Manny was confused and chased Shane throwing punches and was falling over his front foot a lot... the reason Manny won the fight was because when Shane was moving he wasn't doing anything.
This is were the Boxer thing comes into place, against a guy that can move, box, counter and is hard to hit, chasing a guy like that out of confusion and falling over your front foot a lot is a big mistake, because if that Boxer lets his hands go when countering they could potentially counter Manny alot. Mosley is more of a fighter than a boxer, and wasn't used to having to outbox people like Floyd does in all of his fights.
Not knocking Shanes skills, I think hes a great fighter... but his abilities of outboxing somebody isn't on the level of Floyds, which was why when Floyd adjusted in there fight we won all but one round.

Regarding previous remarks he has made when he stated he does not want his son fighting Pacquiao:

That pretty much sums up why I've never bought into this nonsense in the least.
One day pac is a media hyped creation, he only fights at "catch weights", he only fights bums, his defense is terrible, his offense is over rated, all the guys he beat were old and shot, he's not even a real boxer.
Then the very next day, pac is a roided up super human midget monster, ripping through giant men that should squish him, doing things that have never been done before in the entire history of boxing, and special ost is needed just ensure the safety of any fighter foolish enough to challenge the 'A SIDE METHED' up midget monster...Last edited by JoeDaWg; 06-25-2011, 04:10 PM.Comment

PAC know how to cut the ring, hes just baffled why Shane is running like a b!tch from the onset. And PAC can surely KTFO Shane, just that the latter kept running. Example: PAC KTFO Barrera in first fight because he fought PAC. In the second PAC coudlnt KTFO him cause he wouldnt fight PAC.
A guy who dont want to get KTFOed wouldnt get KTFOed especially if he know the tricks to survive.Comment
