Who Does Bob Arum Like More Cotto or Margarito? Official Poll!!

And why? I was reading Ring Magazine and noticed a picture of Arum and Margarito together laughing, and it got me thinking. They really seem to like eachother. Even through the hand wraps controversy Arum stood by Margarito, despite NO ONE backing Margarito at that point. Standard operating procedure for a promoter, except Arum also promotes the fighter negatively affected by the controversy.

One would assume he likes Cotto more since Cotto is worth more money to him, but from what I've seen this is not the case. So, who do you think Bob Arum likes more and why?

He likes them both equally. Cotto after losing to Pacquiao still got a world title shot against Yuri Foreman then a match up against Ricardo Mayorga all financed by Top Rank's own money.

Margarito given a tune up fight in Mexico set up by Top Rank and Zanfer Promotions then given a world title shot for the 154lb belt. Seriously, Arum does it to all his fighters.

Morales when he lost to Pacquiao then he got a title shot for David Diaz's belt in the lightweight division.

David Diaz when he lost to Pacquiao then he got another chance for the lightweight belt against Humberto Soto in the undercard of Pacquiao vs Clottey fight.

Yuri Foreman when he lost his belt to Miguel Cotto then he got a chance to fight again as a co-main event with Pawel Wolak.

Jorge Solis getting multiple chances for a belt against Top Rank boxers.

Fernando Montiel after getting knocked out by Nonito Donaire. The man is back to fight again.

Seriously, Bob Arum really takes care of his boxers even after they loss a fight. He never forgets them. Not the same thing for other promoters out there. Paul Williams took almost half a year to get another fight and looking at it he might just fight once this year.

Look at Kelly Pavlik, Bob Arum is helping the man get fights with his own money. Setting up two tune up fights.

Mike Jones getting his own main event show for the first time even though he isn't a big attraction. Hopefully, Mike Jones performing in front of his hometown will give him the confidence and support he needs.

What else, Juan Manuel Lopez is a mystery. Haven't heard what Bob Arum is trying to do with him.

Pretty obvious he likes Margarito way more right now. He used to love them equally though. There's a reason why Arum wanted Cotto to fight Chavez Jr. It's not because he thinks it'd be a great action fight...
