Why didn't Joshua Clottey fight Kermit Cintron in July?

I mean believe he was scheduled? I've been out of the loop with women and and what not. But when I tuned in to shobox this last weekend he (Cintron)was fighting Carlos Molina instead. I was looking forward to Joshua Clottey redeeming himself from a bad fight with Pac. So what happened? Anyone know?
