Heavyweight contender Tomasz Adamek, who on September 10th will return to the ring at the stadium in Wroclaw, against WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko, took a short break from training to travel with his team to the picturesque village of Alexandria Bay. On weekend retreat, he was accompanied by his manager Ziggy Rozalski and Robert Piwowarczyk, in charge of Adamek's security. Photos by Mike Gladysz.

In all truth a man of his size has no business at HW. It's just the god awful standard that means a blown up LHW can easily force his way into the HW rankings.

I still think Adamek could have better and more meaningful fights back at CW. Even LHW has lots of interesting money fights.

As opposed say the glory days of the HWs when roided Roy Jones and James Toney got belts? Please man, Adamek is in the rankings but he is not going to win a belt at HW against the Klitschkos, he actually would have had a chance back in the 90s and earlier. Now, never.

Also, Adamek was the man at LHW and CW, not like he was a scrub.

Stop hating on the HWs just cause the Klitschkos rule the roost. The division is no worse off than it ever was.

actually, not a ****** thing to say at all.

adamek is much higher body fat than david haye when he is at heavyweight, his natural body mass is smaller than haye. adamek probably has to eat extra calories and lift weights. put adamek and haye next to each other and bet haye wouldn't look huge compared to him.
