This is a strange question for a number of reasons. I mean, if we've heard of the fighter, than clearly they had SOME drawing power. Even if it's in the most minor of ways.

However, if I had to pick, I'd go with Zahir Raheem. A decent fighter who simply couldn't sell a ticket if it came with 3 wishes.

I will say, this could be a more interesting and clear thread if you asked something along the lines of:

Out of The Ring Magazine's Top 10 P4P Fighters, who draws the least?

Tim Bradley. For a unified champ, he can't sell shit to flies.

Andre Ward, according to many top 10 P4P and can't even sell tickets in his backyard.

Ward is a pretty good draw in the Cali bro..Which is the reason most of his fights have been there..

Two time unified Champ(get it right)and Bradley had a **** promoter who could not put anybody on the undercard to help sell his fights..Which is what you would do for a young up an coming fighter..By the way I believe Berto is a worse draw then Bradley..

Tim Bradley isn't a household name in his own household.
