His physical attributes though play heavily into his style when talking reflexes, speed, and defensive instincts. Those things eventually take a tumble as you get older even if you're Boxing IQ is through the roof.

Well, he certianly has physical attributes as you need something to work with but those physical attributes were never his prime assets. As we all get older our physical attributes deteriorate but a boxer who doesn't live off his physical talents alone will certainly have a longer successful career.

Just look at Roy Jones for example, an amazingly talented fighter when it came to his physical tools. Probably, the best ever but he lived off them. Once they started to fade, it was over.

yes but theres multiple threads like this posted every day and the same mindless people arguing about how good mayweather is. Hes ****ing brilliant, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Its discussed so much mainly due to the amount of time floyd is inactive its as if we all forget how good he is and have to remind ourselves! theres a few huge fights coming up in the next month try discussing these every once in a while and broaden ur mind!
