Former champion Luis "El Nica" Concepcion (22-2, 17KOs) may possibly return on July 21 in Beijing, according to his manager Rogelio Espiņo. A search is being conducted to secure an opponent. Concepcion is training for his first fight since losing the WBA flyweight crown to Mexico's Hernan "Tyson" Marquez in April. Concepcion wants to have one or two tuneups, and then a big rematch with Marquez in Panama or Mexico.
