After Floyd ignored the contract weight and purposely weighed in 2 lbs over the limit and just paid the penalty eventhough JMM is going up two divisions.

Based off of what? JMM not ever winning a fight or even a round at 140 to 147? Let alone being a WBC champion. Weak case you have. Now if you said it was at 130-135 I would buy that for a dollar and agree.

People need to understand that if Pac did in fact fully agree to unlimited Random blood testing then Bob Arum needs to fax over this NEW information in a contract to Al Haymon stating exactly that. Set up a press release just like he did in the fist round of negotiations and express in detail exactly what they "agree" to with official documents to back the said agreed upon statements.

People need to understand that none/zero of this has happened. Another words the scared pacman has never officially agreed to anything and has zero proof to back his agreement as in business pen and ink perfectly matched up with an official document talks. Not the he said she said. Bob Arum has NEVER presented any official documentation or press release stating they have officially agreed to anything nor have they EVER sent a contract to Floyd stating they agree to 100% random blood testing.

Floyd Mayweather has agreed to everything the scared Pacman demanded. Pac has yet to say yes in return. All we have gotten from him is lack luster performances vs less than stellar fighters like Clottey, Margarito and Mosley on the decline and have been on the decline for years, and people wonder why the scared Pacman's opposition is in question.

Its time for Pac to step it up and fighting a LW at WW isnt cutting it as Mayweather was already rightfully bashed for it. Pac in no way gets the slide. There is no reason he couldn't fight at JWW which is still a huge advantage. At the end of the day, Mayweather vs Ortiz @WW >>>> Pac vs JMM III @ WW. Pac will yet again fail on out-selling Mayweather in PPV's as Mayweather is the BIGGER draw and has in fact been the bigger draw.

Is Pac still looking to "out-do" his hero Mayweather? You folks need to understand that deep down, Pac is a Mayweather fan. Bob's the one forcing Pac to fight in a court room rather than a ring. Bob knows Pac gets schooled worse than what JMM did to him twice when he steps in the ring with Mayweather. Bob is the sole reason for the fight not taking place along with Pac being petrified of blood testing. Bob from day one never wanted to deal with Floyd Mayweather. Pac from day one has been petrified of the testing.
