For the last time, OST is USADA's testing regimen (and other organizations regimens based upon WADA's guidelines) and it's year round.
This is FMST (Floyd Mayweather Style Testing). And yes, it is better then NSAC's regimen, but far from as effective as OST.

you act like Pacquiao didn't ask for special treatment, are you forgetting he won his last 2 world titles in catchweights at least 2 or more pounds off the limit? that is NOT a standard in Boxing, 10,000,000$ per pound is NOT a standard in Boxing. he's not the one to argue for if you're trying to argue about special treatmentSo this boils down to, Pac has to take the test or no fight because FMJ SAYS SO.
And FMJ agreed to WHAT? 8 oz. gloves? The standard to WW fights. 20 ft. ring? Another standard. To not go over 147 lbs or pay a big penalty? Clue; It is a fight in the WW division and somebody has a history of not honoring the agreed weight.
So, to some desperate people who are trying to protect FMJ, these demands are so outrageous that it will grossly disadvantaged their idol. To these people it is not a fare fight unless FMJ can have his 10 oz. gloves [he has brittle hands and besides he could get hurt, that midget carries a strong wallop]. It is also unthinkable that this fight should use a 20 ft. ring. Don't people realize that a defensive fighter needs more space?
Having a 5 inch reach advantage, a two inch height advantage and at least 10 lbs, weight advantage is not his fault. That is Pac's problem for being born a midget.
Floyd is simply asking for more effective testing, that is all, he wants it to his hearts content because all of you "textperts"might be doing all the talking but the one taking the punches is him, you didn't hear what the great warrior Humberto Soto said about Boxing? he said he's grown tired of all the demanding hard work and only views about 4 fights left in his career, why? because Boxing is hard enough especially when you up against someone with an advantage
don't look to it as Floyd is just being a prick, separate Floyd from the picture real quick and analyze these "standard commission testings", they caught Ali Funeka AFTER the fight, Shane Mosley 5 YEARS AFTER the fight, Tyson AFTER the fight, Toney AFTER the fight, Tommy Z AFTER the fight all of which were too late, the damage was already done, too late can't no "tests" or anything that comes out your mouth can do at that point. THAT'S why it's important to eliminate the doubt and imply a more effective testing procedure alongside the standard one due to the standard commission's inability to catch cheaters in the past, it's a credibility issue with the comission
they didn't even catch Mosley he was busted, according to the commission Mosley was clean in that fight, why would Floyd want that? why would any fighter? it's a plus to know for SURE that your opponent isn't on anything, to know that no matter what, regardless of any foul play there is another clean dude in front of you, that should be any fighters wish and that includes Manny, but Floyd can't speak for anyone he can only speak for himself so therefore being his own independent man he asking for better testing, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a guy wanting reassurance that his opponent is clean in these dirty timesComment

Floyd faked his retirement when Margarito challenged him in front of his face and Cotto was too far away. Floyd faked his vacation and faked OST when he was about to face Pacquiao. What else?Comment
