Dear Google,

I am writing this letter on behalf of HOME BOX OFFICE, INC.
("HBO"). It has come to our attention that your website is hosting and
facilitating the streaming and downloading of a television program or
programs, in which HBO is the owner in copyright and/or the owner of
exclusive rights (the "HBO Properties"). These properties (listed below)
are currently available on your website located at Google (the "Website").
No one is authorized to exhibit, reproduce, transmit, or otherwise
distribute the HBO Properties without the express written permission of
HBO, which permission HBO has not granted to you.

materials described above on the allegedly infringing web pages is not
authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accordingly, HBO demands that you immediately cease and
desist distribution of the HBO Properties in connection with the Website,
and further demand that you confirm in writing to the undersigned, that (i)
the distribution of the HBO Properties has ceased and (ii) no further steps
will be taken in violation of HBO's intellectual property rights.

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in
the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am
authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is
allegedly infringed.

This letter is not a complete statement of HBO's rights in
connection with this matter, and nothing contained herein constitutes an
express or implied wavier of any rights or remedies of HBO in connection
with this matter, all of which are expressly reserved.

its not like hbo is ever gonna show any of those old fights ever again. i could see if they were showing their classic fights every night of the week like showtime used to and wanted subscribers but no. you motha****as aint showing any of that **** ever again. what money are you losing on it? but if you ask me, the real reason the internet is going down the drain is all your ****** cell phones. technology is real cool guys. i bet half of you are via hiptop right now. well i gotta ****in pizza to make. circle pies...that will fix **** in america.
