Pac is the Most Overrated/OverHyped Boxer in the History of Boxing.

It's fair to say, LaMexicanMigra doesn't like Pac.
I don't know if i would agree with everything that was said, but alot of those fights were questionable. The last part of the quote i do agree with.

pacquiao is actually a fan of boston, pretty funny to see his biggest fans on here are laker fans. anyways, pacquiao is a cool guy, but since he turned down the drug testing offers in the 1st negotiations, he's been kind of shady in my eyes. then the bigger guys he beat, especially the dela hoya win which set everything off, have been against horrible versions of them (margs and mosley as well), so that's not great either. but he is a great fighter, he showed it against cotto, hatton, and in his fights with morales, barrera, and jmm

however, let us just agree to disagree on some other points including the testing issue....which i think is still up in the air considering the court proceedings.....pbf may yet come up with a late deposition (don't know if this is still possible)...and we will see what happens next
