lol, nah at dirrell v. abraham there was at least a thousand people. it was a decent audience. there were still large blank spots throughout the venue, but it was enough people where there would have been a serious riot had abraham not been DQ'd. for the longest time a lot of people in the audience thought that abraham WON the fight by KO. Haha and his brother was being so ******, trying to instigate the crowd and get the riled up

It's just a sign of the times, America is going broke. This crap isn't going to last forever. You find out who your freinds are for sure.

How many more bums are going to be supplied by Hatton Promotions before Saul Alvarez is put in front of a real test?

Pacquiao and Mayweather will have a field day with Saul at this point but you never know in a year or two. What happens if this guy looses a fight? Will the mexican people jump off the bandwagon?

Boxing is still bigger than MMA worldwide. Incredible ratings for a 20 year old kid.

Its only in the US that boxing isnt doing well. Outside the country it is booming. Any sports fan that says the sport is dying doesn't know what there talking about.

This is actually very impressive for a kid who is still only 20 years old.
You bet Golden Boy is going to take their time with this kid even more now. If he is drawing these ratings with guys like Rhodes, what would the fight with Chavez Jr do?
Probably 50% of the country watches that fight.

That's good for boxing to get that many people watching him fight some people have it and some people don't and Canelo has it.
