he has really impressed me in his last several fights. He has imo dramatically improved his boxing. He is much better offensively, and defensively. I give him alot of respect for that, and also for the fact that he is a warrior, and comes to fight. Im still up in the air about if he will win against Dre, but Froch is a tough sob, and has my respect. I also like how he is pretty real in his interviews. He tells **** like it is, and what not.

i still dont think we have seen the best of froch, i felt he was always in 2nd gear in the glen johnson fight.
Hes going to have to up his game again the skillful ward though, but so his ward. Should be good fight. I like ward, despite his hometown stuff, hes a christian dude so he gets my thumbs up.Comment

I cannot agree with this post any more than you Mel. He has really gone up in my estimation in the last year or so too. He's tough, can box, can hit, can jab, has huge mental strength and stacks of self belief and I have really grown to like him.
So much so that I would tip him to beat Calzaghe if they met.
On a little side note, didn't Calzaghe once say that if Froch won the Super Sixes, he'd consider fighting him? Can someone clarify the validity of that? I'm sure I read it on these forums a few years ago.Comment

froch has improved but ward is too well rounded. he can box better and is gonna rough froch up in the clinch. 11 rounds to 1Comment
