well if you are so good why not answer the point raised in my post?

don't hide boy in rhetoric that contribute nothing in the discussion...be more specific...

you just don't expect people to swallow the idea it is best to make jail breakers the jail wardens...wardens have more other things and responsibilities, like the welfare of the inmates, etc...to contend with.....

HBO and Showtime need to take a page out of ARD's book and just make the fighters who appear on their network go through stricter testing. If Conte's new program makes it so its the most effective in boxing (or sports for that matter), then bring it on. Good luck getting fighters to agree to that though.

Its already been done. Frank Abegnale is even mentioned in this article. If you didn't understand the why he was referenced in the article then I suggest you watch the film "Catch me if you can" its very good.

And now he wants to "clean up his act" so he can work again,
          B U L L S H I T !!

The atheltes were adults, Conte took advantage of no one, his gear wasn't even expensive, he didn't get rich doing it, and as he has always said he was a man of full disclosure and he challenged any of the athletes to prove otherwise. There is a reason SSM dropped his frivolous lawsuit against Conte.

Who's life did he ruin?? These athlete's ruined there own lives becuae they chose to cheat, then they got caught. It wouldn't have been ruinous if they got away with it (for the ones with no conscience at least).

Hopefully Victor's heart is in the right place, because he can make a difference with knowledge that he has. This story has me thinking about the story of good ol Frank Abagnale Jr...

This seems more akin to a company network engineer or systems manager hiring ex-hackers as consultants to test out the flaws of any companies network or software.

They can be a very useful addition to a team of other programmers in trying to stay up-to-date on loopholes, flaws, and backdoors, etc.

But, would you ever buy software developed by a notorious ex-hacker and implement it as the standard for your company? Probably not - there is still a lack of credibility there that cannot be trusted.

If the NSAC wants to form a team of specialists/consultants like Conte in addition to other USADA officials, etc that is a great idea and he might be valuable to their efforts.

However, using a test developed by a known cheater as the possible standard for saying you're "clean" in the future is not a good look. If they want to use it in addition to the already accepted method (USADA), there should be no problem in that.

well, nothing basically wrong in giving a person another chance, per se...

but that does not mean anybody with a record could just walk in and claim this and that and people could sleep soundly that that would be so....

ever heard of the term second time offender?,,,third time offenders?... people who comes in and out of jail numerous times??

but my posts in this thread are really about.....

upholding the set standards and selection process....

                upholding laws and regulations

giving qualified people with good moral standing first shot at the position

Why doesn't he just stop making PED instead

I hope hes not in charge of the treasury of this company. He just gives off the vibe as someone who would create a front for a ponzi scheme like Bernie Madowff.
