Do you guys think that Pacquiao's punching power is greater at 147 than at 126 or 130? Or did other fighters at 126 respect his power more than fighters at WW and in turn take more care to not get hit? It seems like guys at WW have under estimated his power and are getting suprised once they get hit which screws up their fight plan. Allot of fans think that Pac got more power as he moved up in wieght but I think it is more people are fighting him differnt at higher weights and getting caught cause they dont respect his power. I think respecting his power is the first step to beating him.

Manny Pacquiao is a real cool guy, he hit so hard and throw so many punch and doesn't afraid of anything.Comment

He could've KO'd Cotto, ditto Margo and Mosley too if he'd gone in for the kill in the 3rd round.
To respond to the OP's question, I think the 147 guys are slower and less elusive so get hit more from punches they don't see coming.Comment

Cotto is weak chinned anything under 147. He was under 147.
Margarito was hurt but mainly because the freak event that his orbital broke.
Shane was already off balance which aided in him being knocked down.
All of what you said is easily explained. Pacquiao has enough pop to make you think twice about standing in front of him. However, he isn't gonna flat line anyone at 147. Not if they are a living carcass.Comment

For people to say the Mosley knock down was flash he did get on his bike and run for the rest of the fight because of it and admitted so after the fight. The Cotto KD was from one punch and we all saw what happened to Hatton. The one thing all these fighters said before the fight was that they were going to use their power and they never really mentioned Pacquiao's power prior to the fight which I see as their downfall.Comment
