Sulaiman made it clear that he has to face Martinez after Manfredo or whoever he's facing. Arum certainly won't want to do that, especially after this, so I can see him losing his title to Martinez in the same way Martinez lost it to Zbik.

at this point they shud just call it the "JCC JR BELT" bcuz this is the only way Jr. could ever lose it.
