As previously reported on BoxingScene.com, Victor Cayo (26-1-1, 18 KOs) vs. Lamont Peterson (24-1-1, 14 KOs) will not take place on the Amir Khan-Zab Judah undercard on July 23 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Cayo and Golden Boy Promotions were not on the same page with respect to his contract terms. The fight, sanctioned as a final IBF junior welterweight eliminator, will head to a purse bid.
