think there is something out of line here....

how does one pbf fight/win goes over the accomplishments of other boxers in the ranking?

say like a win over ortiz?

Maybe they'll rank him 1 at WW and 2 p4p like last year
I actually think it made some sort of sence, but it was clearly to avoid going all out and say who was the best.
As for inactivity, unranking him due to inactivity is fair, but putting him back in the ratings when that inactivity ends is just as fair, he is at the very least number two p4p. Martinez needed more than Williams and Pavlik to surpass Floyd last year, so i see no reason he should be better this year.

          All ofcause if he wins.

if they put him back to #2, Martinez would not be happy about it. lol

idiot. so even if floyd fights spadafora he will retain his former ranking.

In spite of his inactivity BoxingScene' P4P ranked Floydie #4! outranking Hopkins at #5.

His ranking at #4 won't change even if he beats Ortiz because, Ortiz isn't even rank among the top Ten P4P.

I'm the idiot? You're the one with Justin Bieber photos...LOL!!!

Is he fighting Spadafora? NO. He is fighting the current WBC Champion. In his last fight he fought the then-current WBA Champion. You're right. How does that warrant a spot?

If Pac signed to fight Spadafora, you know that Arum would bill him as a legendary undefeated champion (while showing the sparring footage) and the Pac fans would be defending the fight as a legacy defining battle against King Kong which proves that Pac is the undisputed #1 P4P.
