nobody's there, and the top guy in the Ring ratings is Cotto , the Cotto who had 2 fights at the weight and defeated 2 weaklings

as for the poll, I pick Cotto to beat mentally weak Cintron, with the other winners being Dzinziruk, Angulo and Canelo
