He's got more credibility than a Mexican bum that gets fed guys 20 pounds below his weight and bums even worse than him.

Canelo will be exposed the minute he fights anyone with a pulse. Same way Berto was.

Canelo will fall soon and I will be there to laugh about it.

this would be a war...i'll be rooting for my fellow 818er but Canelo would be the betting favorite

Vanes would need to bring his all around A game...if he boxes and moves, the better for him...but knowing his tendencies, he'll stand and trade...would love it see it happen

It seems like it's been a long hard road for Vanes Martirosyan from highly touted prospect to being one of the top contenders at 154. He's a gritty tough fighter who has an exciting style and is seldom in a boring fight.

I picked Alvarez by KO but it wouldn't surprise me at all if Martirosyan pulled off the upset. In any event, this a fun fight for boxing fans and should be made for September...

I've been following "Marty" since for several years now and it's interesting to see his progression from being a young raw talent to being the tough and brash talking contender he is now. It took him awhile and Arum moved him along slowly but I think it's gonna work to his benefit...
