Can Saul Alvarez really make 147?

I keep hearing he's a possible opponent for Pacquiao, and it's pretty clear Pac won't be returning to 154 (well, 150...), so surely this means Canelo would have to make 147.

He missed the catchweight against Matt Hatt and he looked HUGE against Rhodes. Can he really get to 147?

That would make Pac a legitimate 154 pound champion...I think it will snow in hell before we would see that fight.
