      Collazo is a WW
      Spinks is way past it

        But I'd watch it!
i enjoy seeing spinks get ko'd. ever since that time he said 'i ain't scurred' and did those ****** dances to the ring. i cant believe people think its ok/acceptable to talk like that and be totally serious about it. i know spinks sense of humor and he doesnt say 'scurred' to be a funny guy

This is a great match up for Saul. He needs to get some experince with boxers. Fighting brawlers all the time does nothing for your skill level. He needs to learn how to cut off the ring, and alot more defense. Spinks have alot of good quick foot work, hes feather fisted and he has no chin. Saul could practice more on defense you know slipping , blocking and body punching and land the ko punch in the later rounds, which would set up a good highlight reel. Not to mention he just had a fight last night, so september 17 is right around the corner. Spinks will be a pretty easy fight for a well conditioned Saul if hes anything what hes claiming. Its to soon for him to prepare for a dangerous opponant fighting in september. This fight on the Mayweather card would be perfect. Seeing a slick black American boxer getting ko'ed right before the Mayweather vs Ortiz fight will pump up the crowd. I know boxing , both sides, in and out of the ring. Listen and let me show you the big picture.

I would actually like to see Alvarez against Dzinziruk.

unification and a different type of fighter altogether from Alvarez.

I dont think there would be much of a call for this fight though, even tho Dzin just fought Martinez.

I like Canelo but after last nights pathetic effort displayed by rhodes fighting a shopworn wayyyyy past his prime spinks will only bring more people out of the woodwork to discredit him so i would not even consider this a possibilty

Actually, a come foreward brawler type will give him teh most trouble. He has the same bad habits as cotto. He admires his work and poses a lot. The constant bouncing to reset is evidence of this.

A straight come forward fighter will constantly be in his chest or face with punches, not allowing him to reset or admire his work. This is why Cotto struggled with guys who opted to fight inside. Margy and Pacman come to mind, Clottey as well, kept a decent distance.

Trust, Canelos downfall won't be movement.. it will be a decent workrate. Rhodes posed and admired his work just as much as canelo. There were sooo many times where they'd both literally get ou tof there stance, and bounce togethre. There were a few times Canelo would throw a combo, and Rhodes would stop to Bounce and get HIT because it was longer than usual.

Very bad habbits, happened to cotto a ton in the margy fight.

I dissagree with you. Saul hits really ****ing hard. Thats why his last opponant did what he did. He just ****** at it. If you stand with Saul you will loose. He has a very big neck and strong legs. Thats a sign of a good chin. Standing in front of Saul will get you knocked the **** out and He's gonna look good doing it ,and hes not gonna learn a damn thing. He needs to fight faster moving fighters. He dosn't even know how to cut off the ring yet. He has made minor improvments but its hard to judge cause hes not fighting any fast moving boxers. Martinez is always on the move, follow him around missing and you'll end up like his last two opponants.

Spinks just got KTFO by K9. People would talk so much s**t. Plus Spinks' legs are gone, so he wouldn't be hard to find.

Now Canelo vs K9 would be a decent fight. Not to mention a unification.

you idiots don't understand the development of a fighter. Saul has talent, but why rush it. I like to see fighters reach there full potential then have a bunch of super mega fights. You guys are demanding to much from these young guys. They are destroyed years to soon. Fracisco bahado,Ricardo Williams Jr., Jeff Lacy,Michael Bennett, Calvin Brock,Clarence Vinson, fernado vargas, David Reid the list goes on and on. They need to take there time and develop. Thats how you make legends. Experince and skill is a must, and it takes time to acquire.
