i think the best reflexes have to be based on the punch stats on how much they got hit.

Pernall Whitaker, hands down, the guy could fight with his feet glued to the floor and no one could hit him. he was probably the most elusive fighter ever, at least in the top 5 of most elusive fighters ever!!!!! and he fought everyone he never ducked anybody, he took on all challengers......Comment

RJJ, without a doubt, not a single thing in my brain says otherwise. In his prime his reflexes surpassed any other fighter's reflexes.Comment

Herol Bomber Graham.
He used to have a party trick were he would pay people money if they could land one shot on him in a round (public)
Maybe he should have paid Julian Jackson?Comment

And who was Robinson???Originally posted by kerrminatornaseem hamed when he was under Brendan Ingle as Ingle trained him to exell in what came naturally.
any doubters should watch the Robinson fight as this was his true prime.
When Naseem stepped up his oppostion....he got put on the seat of his fancy dancing pants!!
Not once, but several times.
He didnt fall over, he was KD. By three different fighters in a short in his "prime".Comment

I also say Ali, Whitaker, and Jones.
Leonards movement was great, but he was hit.
Yet it was so damn hard to lay a solid shot on Whitaker. Just watch the DeLa Hoya fight.
Oscar was a very fast, big puncher with a good reach, and he hardly caught Whitaker cleanly through 12 rounds.
Unbelievable reflexes.Comment

Early Herol Graham was untouchable (literally), nobody could lay a glove on him. In terms of punch stats, it's hands down Herol Graham.. because he never got hit. Most avoided fighter ever.
1994/95 Naseem Hamed (before he stopped training) was on a different planet to anybody else in boxing, and Roy Jones Jr was anybody else.
But Roy Jones was born with exceptionally fast reflexes.Comment
