The WBA's middleweight champion Felix Sturm (35-2, 15KOs) has already laid down a calculated strategy to defeat his next challenger, Matthew Macklin (28-2, 19KOs). Sturm defends his title against Macklin on June 25 at the Lanxess-Arena in Cologne, Germany, Sturm reviewed vidoes of Macklin's past performances. He noticed the British boxer is very uncomfortable when opponents target his body and he needs periods during rounds to catch his breath.
