Martinez should target Golovkin. After watching the Ouma fight, Golovkin is so over hyped, overrated, over-everything, at least in NSB.

Martinez is a fast starter, has devastating power and extraordinary endurance. Golovkin is a decent fighter but (judging from last night's fight), he's a slow starter, is very hittable and struggled for some rounds against the southpaw...

No one's discrediting him, it's just getting really tiresome the way Martinez and his people are only focusing on 4 fighters. Move on already.

He is and has. He called out Pac/May. They obviously wouldn't fight. He wanted Cotto. No fight from him either. Then wanted to use his mandatory to fight Chavez Jr, but no they took that option away to save him. He has been moving on the whole time. It's not his fault no one wants to fight him.

I mean he fought another tough guy just 4 months after Ko'ing Williams, and now it's been 3 more months, and he's got another fight lined up with Baker, after all the big names ducked him. I fail to see anyone's fucking point. People here don't know boxing though. They just want to copmplain about something.

Pirog wants the fight.That's an easy payday.Martinez can beat the brakes off of him without breaking a sweat.That's the point.There are a handfull of fighters that welcome a beating.Staying on the shelf at his age isn't good.

I agree, and the hype mostly comes from Eastern Euros because he supposedly beat Dirrell in the amateurs, but I saw the fight. It's on YT I believe. The scoring was horrible.
