I'll tell ya' - I am shocked at how many people are saying they were hoping Johnson would win, because so many of them placed their bets on Tarver to win it!


P.S. - Johnson was blocking Tarvers' punches all night, that is why he lost - that and the fact Tarver was on his heels all night long....

Was Tarver lazy in it? That's why he lost the first RJJ first... the guy's just bone idle. I do like him though.

He only wore the crown cause him and Johnson both did away with their belts (but dont give Tarver credit for fighting the best Lt. Heavy out there instead of a bogus mandatory)...big deal. Apparently some people took it too serious, and some took it as another chance/reason to pick him apart.
Ask yourself, if it had been Jones that had worn it...what would the reactions have been? Example...ah man, he's so fu**ing cool!! NObody else would have ever thought to do something so crazy and/or funny as that.

I'm not a Tarver fan, but honestly the more people hate him and try and make him out to be an idiot, etc... the more I do like him.

Oh yeah, he talks ****..and loads of it too! But, other than the fact that they all do, he's gotta sell himself somehow..I mean, just going by the opinion of the general population AT THIS BOARD he need's any and all the help in that dep. that he can get! yeah...oh on the glen bandwagon thing...(i for one em happy glen won..he made me rich) anyway..i think its just cuz everyone hates tarver for the crap he talks and not to forget wanting 5mil per fight just for ko'ing jones,everyone wanted him to lose no matter to who it was....and since glen is a good person and has some of the best post fights quotes...he a cool guy to back up
