For one, that law is a myth and certainly not true.

Paulie doesn't have more knockouts because he rely's on the jab almost exclusively. You're probably not going to KO a man with your jab if you throw it in the manner Paulie does. We say he doesn't have power because it's a rarity to see him throw a power shot. I guarantee if he was put in a position where he'd have to lay some hurt on a man, he'd do it. He at least hurt Diaz, haha.
