I say go for it, a tune up will make no difference. If Lopez is gonna win he's gonna win. If he comes in with his same old defense again, he's getting knocked out.

Very few fighters do this nowadays, immediately rematching their fathers. I.E.: Amir Khan. Ortiz, he wanted a Maidana rematch and Maidana rejected him, then Ortiz returned the favor recently.
    Well said.....กกกก

It's bad but it's real good at the same time. If he loses he's pretty ****ed. But if he wins it really helps his future by getting that little setback out of the way really fast.

So I like it especially if he wants that Gamboa fight anytime soon. Hopefully after this they push for that because obviously to keep putting it on hold is really hurting it.

Yes they are. On the other hand I see both coming out in favor of the Mexicans again. Neither was a fluke th first go round. But both fights will be good for me.

I agree about Vazquez. He showed he obviously has the power to hurt Arce. To me, I think it was his conditioning that failed him. With this style he can beat Arce.

Lopez on the other is totally different, it was plain and simple his defense, and unless he comes back with the mentality of boxing, not fighting, then I see him losing again.

He better win this time. Despite what happened in the first fight, Lopez should win.
