Who should Helenius fight next?

He may not be qualified to fight for a title yet, but he's not far from that goal. Who should he fight next or who does he HAVE to fight to qualify for that in your opinion? I'd say either Chambers or Arreola. The winner of Chisora-Fury would also be a likely alternative.
