He isn't on PEDs. Also there are NOTHING wrong with his gloves. If it had no padding it'd have MORE wrinkles. Not less. The reason why it looks like that is because what Manny does, is what Mike Tyson use to do. He pushes his fists more up into the top of the glove. So the padding is pressured to the top and the sides, thus having less wrinkles. It's not illegal at all. Infact, alot of power punchers do it.

This guy isn't on PEDs. He's just been matched very well.
