    pacquiao refuses to give man a hand shake

    after working out in the wild card while training for the mosley fight a man approached him and tried to shake his hand..manny looked at him and just kept walking..

    this is the guy

                  I was there. The man had a Manny Knows shirt and Manny Pacquiao Nike shoes, he was black.
