Mayweather vs. Hatton

im waiting also for this fight.hatton must get out of UK or mayweather go there.this an exciting fight.i wish it will happen as soon as possible so this two fighters still have their prime for the fight.

It won`t happen soon. Hatton is showtime and Mayweather is HBO. Hatton needs another big win or two. Then after a while a public demand for the match wouyld force the two networks to make a deal. Or.....one of the two sign with a rival network ( most probably Hatton ).
But i think the most realistic call would be spring 2007 providing both keep winning and remain in the same weight division!

this will happen I predict...oh say, Nov./Dec. 2006.. Feb. 2007 at the latest..

3 fights between them, with Cotto in one of those fights...whoever fighter gets a crack at him 1st that is...

Most likely Mayweather Vs Cotto, one sided win for pretty boy i predict.

this fight would be near to impossible if they wait til 2007... at the rate floyd is moving up, he will be challenging vitali klitchsko for the HV title by that time

Well, realistically i can see him in with Zab Judah but i can`t see him fighting Jr Middleweight unless it was against someone whom had ventured to that weight from a lower class themselves ( i.e De La Hoya, Mosley etc.. ).
Hatton looks at times a little tight at 140 so they may fight just not at 140.

if this fight is gonna happen, it wont happen soon. when i say soon, i mean within the next 6-8 months. hatton's got a fight with carlos maussa in november and as big as this fight is, the earliest it could happen is sometime in the spring of 2006.

i, too am lookin forward to a possible hatton/mayweather fight. but we wont see it for a while... if we ever see it at all.
