Gamboa vs Lopez, could have been a Vargas-Trinidad?

Could have been a hot fight remeniscent of Vargas-Trinidad. Not that same star power, but being young, brash, primes of their career, champions, undefeated with a following.

But because of politics and not striking while hot, that super fight fell apart. Now both are title less, Lopez has a blemish and that has killed that part of the promotion. I am still very interested in the fight, but Lopez has to get back on track and Gamboa has to stay there.

At some point I knew one (or both) would have a blemish on their record before they meet. Bob should have cashed in while the ticket was hot!

Arum shouldof let Juanma fight Caballero. If he had beat Caballero or even lost the way he lost to Salido it would have added to his star power.

Now his stock and confidence got hurt. Lopez-Gamboa will never be what it could have been.

Regardless of this fight happens, it won't the same feeling.
