I actually think Manny may have paid some doctors to make or create a new type of steroid, lol, Doctors and Scientist create new medicine all the time, they could have been testing it on him the whole time.

He's on something, so if he does ever agree to OST, then he's gonna take the fight OFF steroids or he has a new one that can't be detected in the blood stream.

Clottey was a **** fight. Anyone who knows boxing knew from the time this fight was announced that clottey wouldn't be a threat at all to pac. His style was tailor made for pac. Guard up.. walk forward... punch ONLY after his opponent stopped punching. They tried to build him up as a huge threat b/c he was "bigger". Again, all real boxing fans knew that Clottey shouldn't have been in there - more than half of pac's fans probably didn't even know whow the guy was until the contract was signed - so they were able to sell the fight as so.... I mean, his only significant win was against Judah who was coming into the fight 2-3 (1 nc) in his last 6 fights before then.

The U.S. Law system also finds you that your GUILTY until proven innocent if you refuse any type of testing.

DUI - If a person is pulled over by a cop and is expected of DUI, they will be asked to take a alcohol test, if they refuse they are AUTOMATICALLY taken to jail because it serves as a agreement for being guilty.

Unemployment Insurance - a person can not get UI, if the person was fired for refusing to take a employee DRUG TEST, refusal automatically allows you to be fired.

Polygraph Testing - During a court trial if a person refuses to take a lie detector test, it CAN be using against them by the JURY.

Again nobody is trying to prove Pac is on Peds , his opponent is tying to make sure he is not when he fights him ,,,, its not hard to figure little fella !
