I have been around awhile, so I did not fall for that "second negotiation" rubbish..... Arum got exposed on that one, that issue is a dead horse.

What I was meaning was regarding the " ducking " accusations.

Mayweather signed the contract, he was toeing the line, and he was ready to go, we have conclusive proof of that fact..... the fight died because Manny would not undertake random blood tests without a 24-day cutoff.

Now, Manny has agreed to take the tests, so there are no excuses from either guy.

Why on earth would you require confirmation from Mayweather ?

Rely on the confirmation below from Roach, Arum, Kenny, Raphael, etc, who ALL confirm that the fight died because the two sides could not agree on a cutoff date for random blood tests.

Basically, how it boils down, both sides were 10 days apart..... Mayweather wanted a 14-day cutoff, Pac insisted upon 24. The video clearly proves, and is supported personally by Freddie Roach, that Arum pulled the plug on negotiations because they would not concede on a 24-day cutoff. All other terms had been agreed upon....
