It is absurd to question the guy who asked, but ignore the guy who refused.
Only a pig-ignorant non-boxing pacfan would do that.
OST's are harmless, and if the request from Mayweather was a "bluff" to duck that fight..... then Pacquiao could have called Floyd's bluff and taken the test.
I wonder why he didnt ?
Arum and Pacquiao have both been backed into a corner.
Pac is feeding on nothing but old men, faded champions, and bums..... and yet Mayweather picks the third best welter on the planet for a comeback opponent.
Pacquiao says that Mayweather is scared, Floyd says..... you're next chump, take the test.
Arum recently publicly stated that Pac would agree to FULL random blood tests, and now Mayweather has called his bluff.
Come on Pac, now you have nowhere to run, and nowhere to hide.

because it's not required to agree to it. pac has no history of juicing up, so to accuse him and try forcing the p4p #1 to ****ty conditions is cowardly

He is basically cosigning Manny's ducking by saying that. They say Bob is lying and don't believe him when it comes to exposing Manny Pacquiao but we should believe him when it comes to them wanting to fight Floyd? If he is lying about and on Manny then he is lying on everything because he represents Manny. I believe the stuff he says about Pac because it is very revealing and true because I know it to be that way from observing. Pac fans know all of this stuff we debate about with them but they are loyal to their man to the very end and in their eyes, Manny Pacquiao can't do any wrong. Like I once said on here before. What does that have to do with it ?
If I get pulled over, and a cop asks me to blow into the bag, will he listen to my excuse..... "but you cant test me, I have no history of DUI"?
Will the judge give me bail because..... "I have no history of violence"?
Will my employer excuse me from drug testing because..... "I have no history of substance abuse"?
That is all rubbish.
Hundreds of world class athletes and world champions undertake OST's every single year. Get this..... if one of them refuses a blood test, then they will be instantly stripped of any titles/medals, they will be banned from competition, and they will be publicly labeled a drug cheat.
OST's are completely harmless, it is absurd for you to question why Mayweather asked, and yet not question why Pacquiao refused.
BTW, tell me why you think Manny refused, tell me which one of those 7 ridiculous reasons you believed? Which one of those 7 different ridiculous excuses was good enough in your opinion to kill a $40mil fight.
