Yeah . . . I mean battle scared. He went into more wars than Tarver changing weights class in some instances and that takes it's toll on his body.

1. Jones is the same age as Tarver

2. Tarver took more punishment is his 1st fight with Eric Harding than Jones took in his entire career before the 1st Tarver fight.

If there's any disadvantage for Jones, it's that his speed, reflex and timing may not be what it once was. Not age and being battle scarred.

I'm betting on TKO by jones but I'm totaly just basing it on his revenge against Montell Griffin which I think he might be in the same mind set for. I know there is no logoical explination as to way I would choose this considering that tarver has never been knocked out but hell it's a roll of the dice.
