Malignaggi is beyond featherfisted. I think Floyd's problem is his injured right hand. Did you see what happened when he used it too much in the Baldomir fight in the first 6 rounds? He hurt it and had to fight a very boring fight for the next 6 rounds. He's constantly hurting it, and I thought he could have used it more against Mosley.

Yeah he has brittle hands and that may be part of the reason he doesnt throw as much as he should. When he does throw though he has some pop and you could see that against Mosley who even though he was old still had a good chin. Ko puncher no but imo not featherfisted at all.

There is limit to his "pop". For example the last 3 knock downs he has scored were against guys coming up in weight. Marquez and Hatton. While at 147 vs other 147 pounders, he has yet to score a knock down. Although Hatton was a former 147 champion when he fought Floyd, and ate some vicious shots from Collazo without going down, while Floyd stopped Hatton, I still can't call 4 KO's from 135-147 respectable pop, I will say he had respectable power at 135-140, and is featherfisted at 147.
