try to forget the debt and all the "old man" jokes. evander believes in God and himself. and thats all he needs. never doubt a champion. i don't think there is a heavyweight out there that can beat evander into retirement. it may sound funny to hear him talk of unifying the heavyweight division but think about it: this man is/was great. he's reached levels no other heavyweight fighting today has reached. the highest being a vitali loss to lennox. a loss, i repeat. don't forget this man's greatness. realistically, he may not unify the titles but as long as he's fighting, bernard's record is in jeopardy.

We don't have to worry about this ever happening. Evander has no shot of ever earning a fight with either Klitschko.

Listen, I respect what Evander has done but no way he beats anyone at Heavyweight anymore. He didn't beat Foreman's record and he damn well ain't going to beat Hopkins record. The only thing that might happen when watching him fight someone like Klitschko or a top guy is "Living In America" music and remembering what happened to Apollo's stubborn ass.

It's sad to see but if people keep paying him he'll keep doing it.

Only if Vitali had one hand tied behind his back and Holyfield's head was reinforced with titanium and headbutts were deemed legal by the sanctioning boxing commision, would Evander stand a shot at winning. Until then, Holyfield should hang 'em up and become a pastor or some other shit.
Lets not got that far. Evander Holyfield in his prime was something to behold. That man never quit and he always found a way through. Klitschko's are strong guys but once a fighter gets around that jab, they can be touched up. Evander now is done. He should have managed all that money properly he could have been out the game. Damn famous people never learn that no matter how much money you have that you can spend it all in a heart beat if you are not careful.
