Most boxing fans here that I know are still pissed off at Haye for pulling out in 2009 when they had tickets booked, and because they paid for the Harrison fight. There are plenty of people here rooting for Klitschko.

David Haye represents all that's wrong with boxing. Him getting nominated for SPOTY ahead of Carl Froch was nothing short of a disgrace & i'll be cheering on Wlad come fight night. Don't get me wrong, as a UK fan i always support British fighters but David Haye is a disgrace to the sport.

Maybe its not just what Hayes said that has alienated people, but also people think he is only taking from the sport, and dont care enough for his fans to continue fighting.

People know if Wlad wins, he will continue to defend that title like it means the world to him.
