What realistic shot does Ortiz have in winning?

He better hope, I mean hope that Floyd just grew old, can't pull the trigger, has no legs, no punch resistance, shot reflex, and be as rusty as possible.

Because, if Floyd doesn't have all and I mean all of those negatives going for him. Then he wins this fight in a route.
