And Wlad is a few levels above Valuev talent-wise.

Look, I think Wladimir will probably knock out Haye or at least decision him, but it's utterly ridiculous to suggest that Valuev beat Haye. You can quote Jim Watt's scorecard all you like, but there is no way you can win a fight landing nothing all night and eating a few clean shots a round in the process. Haye certainly made a meal of it by not having a more active workrate, but it's next to impossible for anyone who understands how to score a fight to score it for Valuev on ineffective aggression alone. Generally it's only Klitschko fans who hate Haye who suggest it.
