My espanol is weak so could any of you tell me what Barrios is saying to Valero to cause the staredown

I THINK this is what happened...
Valero says something along the lines of "There is alot of talent here but 75% of them are on their way out. I came here to make changes.. Barrios interrupts by saying ..."into a man" (implying that Valero is a woman haha). Valero then says, "Yes, you're on your way out... Barrios says" Are you going to take me out?"
..then...
Valero : No not me, You're worthless..
Barrios: What are you good for anyway?
Valero: You're on your way out...
Then Barrios comes up and says..
"So, you're going to take me out?"
Valero: No not me...
Barrios: Make your mind up, clear that up for everyone....where did this bum come from? (crowd laughs)
That's when Valero goes up to his face.
I think that's what happened since Barrios speaks in a strong Argentine dialect that I can't really understand too well. -

Valero: Yep, your on your way out, you too are on your way out. Your no longer worth a damn (My interpretation of, ya tu no sirve).
Barrios still running his mouth
Valero: Not me, your talent already left you. Your on your way out pretty much.
Barrios gets in his face, all like "You gonna take me out, you gonna take me out?!".
