A better question is, will Haye land on his chin? Probably not.

I actually have an active bet that Wlad is going to KD/KO Haye with his jab.

In all seriousness, I'll be the first to give Haye props if he knocks Wlad out, I just don't see it happening.

Personally I think it will be a stinker due to the overly cautious nature of both fighters. Probably play like the first 23 rounds of Ibragimov/Chambers for Wlad, and the first 14 rounds of Valuev/Audley for Haye.

The final outcome will most likely end KO but I wouldnt be shocked if it went 7 or 8 rounds without anyone getting seriously marked.

wlad will land NOTHING of note, maybe 1-2 jabs

haye will land around 6-7 shots and take the rounds, around round 4 haye will go in for kill and finish him

I pick with my head....so Wlad.

Dont get me wrong, Haye has a very real chance. Better than anyone Wlad has fought recently simply because of his combined speed, power and athleticism.

But Haye hasnt fought enough at HW to prepare him for this. He hasnt been tested. This is far too big a step to take. It will be interesting early but I see Wlad settling into a rhytm with the jab and evenutally taking Haye out.
