Alfonzo Gomez has mad beef with Canelo

I found it rather interesting that while watching Alfonzo Gomez kick the crap atta some bum (Calvin Green) last night....after he won in his interview he straight called out Nelo......he looked at the camera and straight "triple AAA style" said....

"Canelo te reto para quitarte el cinturon que te regalaron"

I am calling you out to take away your belt they gifted to you.....

and he's got beef with JJC Jr too....called him a cow that is only being milked.....

he said he has respect for Oritz but want to fight him too.....

can this cat be a factor in the mix or no?? what say you?

MORONGO CASINO-Former Contender star Alfonso Gomez proved too sharp even at middleweight for Calvin Green in winning by knockout, and Michael Franco battled to a win too on Saturday.

Gomez moved up in weight to fight the bigger Green (21-6-1, 13 KOs) but it didn’t prove to be much of a task as he was simply the superior boxer before a near sold out crowd at Morongo Casino on the Top Rank fight card.

“I want to fight Victor Ortiz,” said Gomez (23-4-2, 12 KOs), who barely broke a sweat.

Gomez showed some slick counter punches immediately and caught Green flush in the opening 30 seconds of the fight. Green tried to get close but was out maneuvered by Gomez.

In the second round Green pressed harder but those right hand counters kept landing. Finally, a right hand counter stunned Green who just couldn’t protect himself as Gomez picked and fired shots through the Texan’s guard. A right uppercut caught Green and Gomez jumped all over him. Referee Tony Crebs wisely stopped the fight at 1:24 of round two.

Gomez had beaten yet another middleweight.

“It was just an opportunity to get recognition. Now I plan to contend at welter unless I can get Canelo,” said Gomez of possibly fighting Saul Alvarez for the WBC junior middleweight title. “People now see me as a slugger but I see myself as a counter puncher.”

His last ditch effort to stay relevant and maybe snag a title shot by luring one of them in. He'd get murked by JCC Jr. and that says a lot because I think JCC Jr. is a bum.

I used to think he'd beat Canelo back when he was like 18 or 19 when the beef first started. Now I think Canelo would f**k him up. Chavez would too. Now Ortiz? Gomez wouldn't make it to round 3.

Gomez has steadily progressed since his loss against Cotto and has fought his way back into contention. He's got a good personality, is a decent fighter and is never in boring fights, so why shouldn't he get a crack at Alvarez or Jr.?

I think he smashes Jr i have not seen one ounce of skill in this kid,he throws no jab he falls in with every punch his footwork is awful, only thing positive i can say is he does good body work.
